Located just across from mid-town Manhattan, this spacious studio has an inspiring view of the NYC skyline, and is available to rent for rehearsals, classes, photo shoots, and performances.

Hours- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Rehearsal Rates-
`Rehearsal rental under 8 people:  $12/hr.
`Rehearsal rental 8-15 people:  $15/hr.
`Rehearsal rental 16-25 people:  $20/hr.
`Rehearsal rental 25+ people: email or call to inquire
`Early Bird Rehearsal Rental 8am-10am $8/hr (must rent full 2 hr. block)

Other Rates-

`Class rental: starting rate is $20/hr. and up depending on the number of students- call to inquire

Rental Policy- There is 2 hour space rental miniumum unless otherwise unavailable.

Cancellation Policy- A seven day notice is required (to the time of the booking). NO EXCEPTIONS

Green Space Rental Payment Online There is a $2 service fee per transaction. Credit Card sales are non-refundable.
