Call for Performers: Community Dance Project with Alicia Soto
And You, Who Do You Bring? is a transdisciplinary laboratory-performance combining theater, dance, and music. This project is a unique experience of gathering, collective creation, and expression—an artistic celebration of identity and memory, of the body and imagination, of exchange and transformation. We begin with a question: What do you carry within you?
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in an intensive workshop and performance opportunity that allows them to broaden and deepen their knowledge of different techniques derived from complementary artistic languages. In addition to the exciting opportunity of working with a renowned visiting artist.
This workshop and performance will be directed and choreographed by Alicia Soto, in collaboration with and assisted by Valerie Green, Artistic Director of Dance Entropy/Green Space as part of Green Space's TAKE ROOT residency.
OPEN TO: Anyone aged 18 and up—no age limit—regardless of artistic background. Whether you’re a dancer, actor, musician, performer, playwright, or simply curious, this space welcomes anyone eager to explore and share their most intimate, creative self. There is no fee to participate and/or no renumeration provided.
