LIC Women Entrepreneur's are launching their first workshop of the year! This movement and embodiment workshop, led by Valerie Green, will focus on the woman entrepreneur to promote tranquility and alleviate tension in a nurturing and safe environment. Through the workshop, participants will find grounding in inhabiting the present moment and nurturing their own well-being. Green serves as a guide, facilitating a gentle exploration of movement and emotions, providing tools for self-expression that can lead to transformation.
